Each Time a bid is made, the bidder must fill out the bid form located at the bottom of the item sheet page and hit the submit button. Bid raises must be in Whole Dollar amounts.
The bids will be submitted to the authorized persons via email, and will be honoured by time received.
Only authorized persons may nullify a bid.
In event of a dispute, the official auctioneer shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bidder. Their decision will be final.
Unless otherwise stated, all auctioned items must be used within the expiration date identified.
All sales are final and no exchanges, substitutions, or refunds will be honoured by the auction committee or donors.
